I discovered yoga as a way to find balance in my overstimulated life & soon realised that I wanted to help others feel the same way.
I’ve been practising yoga for nearly 15 years, and became a yoga teacher in 2015, under Kate Kendall from Flow Athletic. A former dancer, I use flowing sequence in both my flow and dynamic classes to help bring the body and mind into balance.
Taking inspiration from the seasons, circadian rhythms, lunar cycles, and how everyone feels on the day, expect to walk feeling grounded and ready to face the day with clarity, calmness, gratitude and joy.
