She first turned to yoga to find calm in her own overstimulated life and soon realised she wanted to help others experience the same sense of clarity, grounding, and ease.
With nearly 15 years of personal practice, Jess has refined her approach — Practical Nourishment — to focus on simple, accessible ways to replenish ourselves amidst life’s busyness. Whether through yoga, nature bathing, or mindful breathing, she guides individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom and restore balance.
