Retreats. An Earthly Luxury
When life is busy, finding time to self-nourish and self-care is often our last priority. Our minds are full, we’re rushing around, and constantly under pressure. The impact of this can be less optimal decision making, less creativity and far less kindness towards ourselves and others.
This is why I love running my seasonal retreats. They are pockets of time and space that people take to nourish their body and mind – and to be held spiritually. It’s why I hold my retreats in beautiful locations surrounded by nature. Time is precious. A tranquil setting, inspiring view, delicious wholesome food and comfortable bed all help soothe us. Add in daily yoga, meditation and lots of relaxation, and the mind-body-spirit transformation is magical.
Sometimes all we to need to transform our life … is a weekend away from it.
