Yoga & Meditation. Pathway to Presence

Yoga and meditation are just two of the tools to help land with presence and ground us in our bodies. By moving our body with breath, it releases mental and physical stress, while unlocking an inner focus, positive energy and creative productivity.

I offer a range of practices that centre around:

*Vinyasa yoga; a playful, dynamic and dance-like practice that raises the heart rate while calming the mind.

* Yin yoga; a restorative practise that holds poses for up to five minutes, stretching rarely used body tissues, while teaching us to sit with our thoughts.

* Meditation; a practise almost as old as time which trains us to sit within our body and mind, and bringing greater mental clarity and emotional calmness.

* Sunrise Flow; a gentle practice linking breath and movement to awaken the body, and regulate the breath. All experiences welcome

*Flow to Yin; a hybrid class linking the best of both practices. Start the class with some movement, and land in some sweet restorative poses and mindful breath work.

Yoga Classes

  • Corporate Classes

    Want to bring yoga into your workplace?

    A great way to get your team moving and motivated in that mid afternoon slump, as a regular team bonding session that’s a little different or as an addition to your conference or special event. I will come to you, all you need is a towel or yoga mat and some comfy clothes.

    Corporate classes can also be done via Zoom or your preferred video communication. Another fabulous opportunity to stay connected with your team if you’re working from home or in different locations.

    Perfect for all levels, and all abilities - even if its just to stretch out the body from sitting at your desk all day.

  • 1:1 Yoga Session

    These 1:1 sessions are a perfect opportunity to take the next (or even first) step into your yoga practice.

    Each session is crafted especially for YOU and your needs. Are you new to the practice and a little nervous about getting into a group class? Perhaps you wants some help finessing your down dog, or step- through; maybe you have a specific injury or you’d just like to dive a little deeper into the healing practice of yoga and breathwork.

  • Virtual Sessions

    Are you out of Sydney, or just prefer to practice at home?

    Practice with me online via Zoom or FaceTime.

    These sessions can be 1:1 or grab a few friends and practice online together, from the comfort of your own home.
